Passport to Innovation workshop

How to apply creativity skills in your organisation for long-term impact

We know that lots of companies generate great ideas. But most of these ideas don't come to fruition. The two main reasons why this happens is:

  • the wrong problem was solved
  • little planning to successfully implement the ideas

Passport to Innovation is your path to learning how to generate more and better ideas, that are more likely to be taken forward.

We will share best-practice creative problem solving tools and introduce you to a tried and tested process for developing and implementing ideas. Not only that, but you will also get to use the tools and process to solve a real challenge. So, when you go back to your office you can immediately apply what you've learnt - and have a tangible impact on your innovation challenges, team and your own skills.

During this workshop, you will be introduced to a set of tools and will:

  • use them to explore what the problem really iscreative problem solving skills
  • generate more and better ideas and then
  • select the best ones to take forward
  • learn 10 creative problem solving tools
  • apply a tried and tested process for developing ideas through to implementation
  • complete two diagnostics looking at how you solve problems and your approach to creativity
  • work in a diverse team

You wil use the tools on a 'live' client challenge, so will gain practical experience which you can use immediately back in your business and on your own innovation challenges.

We will also give you access to additional resources, including a 60 mins one-to-one coaching session after the workshop

Who is the workshop for?

It's aimed at anyone who is responsible for a change or innovation project. Whether you're a line or project manager or wish to develop your own creativity skills, we will share with you a proven way of successfully managing innovation challenges, from developing ideas through to a pilot.
